Mallorcair embarks on a new chapter with United Aviation Services

Palma de Mallorca, July 10, 2026– Mallorcair S.L., one of the leading executive aviation handling and FBO operators at Palma de Mallorca Airport since 1991, is pleased to announce the beginning of a new chapter following an agreement to join United Aviation Services S.L. (“United”), a company within Stellair Group.

This transaction marks a significant strategic milestone for Mallorcair, strengthening the company’s ability to grow while reinforcing its position as one of the Mediterranean’s leading business aviation service providers. At the same time, Mallorcair will continue to uphold the values that have defined its success for more than three decades: service excellence, customer focus and operational quality.

As part of United Aviation Services, Mallorcair will become a member of one of Spain’s leading executive aviation networks, with operations at 22 airports nationwide and a strong presence in key destinations including Madrid, Barcelona, Málaga, Ibiza and Menorca.

Mallorcair will continue to operate under its established brand, maintaining its identity, existing management team and the active involvement of the founding family in the business. This continuity ensures that customers, partners and employees will continue to benefit from the same personalised service and operational excellence that have made Mallorcair a trusted name in European business aviation.
